Terms & Conditions
Guests have up to two weeks from first use to redeem the number of days they have purchased on their Go Orlando Card.
Unused cards purchased this year expire on December 31 of next year.
Some attractions do require reservations. Please be sure to check the attraction details in the guidebook or on our website to determine if you need to make a reservation with an attraction. Please be aware that some attractions may require a credit card number to hold a reservation.
Card days are based on calendar days, not a 24 hour period.
Departure
You will be sent an electronic voucher once your reservation is confirmed, which you can exchange for a Go Card at one of the following locations:
- Florida Dolphin Tours: 5601 International Drive, Orlando
- Official Ticket Center: 3148 Vineland Road SR 535 (At the corner of SR 535 and Poinciana Blvd. behind the Chevron Gas Station), Kissimmee
- Official Visitor Center: 8723 International Drive, Suite 101, Orlando
The address listed here is for the Orlando Visitor Center, but you can redeem your voucher at any one of these three places.
