WildPlay Nanaimo is located on Vancouver Island, 75 minutes north of Victoria, and approximately 15 minutes south of Nanaimo at 35 Nanaimo River Road.
Tips for a successful and safe day at WildPlay Nanaimo:
- Long hair MUST be tied back. Ask a staff person for a hair band if you require one.
- Sturdy sport sandals/shoes/boots are required and to be worn securely.
- Strongly recommend no jewelry (especially necklaces or loose bracelets which could get caught in equipment).
- Check the current weather forecast and wear appropriate clothing. Snug fitting clothing is best. A change of clothes may be a good idea too. Trees make sap that can stain clothes.
- Bring a waterbottle.
- Cameras encouraged (at your own risk).
- Cash to purchase a snack, souvenir or additional Element.

- Completed waiver forms required.
- While rare, the park must close on occasion due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Guest may reschedule or payment/deposit will be promptly refunded in full.
- Large groups are gladly accommodated.
- For your safety and comfort, notify WildPlay of any relevant medical condition at the time of booking.
Departure
WildPlay Nanaimo is located on Vancouver Island, 75 minutes north of Victoria, and approximately 15 minutes south of Nanaimo at 35 Nanaimo River Road.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the required waiver forms (each member of your party must sign one).
Please note that if you are bringing any children along that you are not the legal guardian of, we require a signed waiver from the parent or legal guardian.
Failure to have a signed waiver unfortunately means that you will be refused entry.
