Your guide will escort you to a number of Maui’s unique farms and plantations, situated on the gentle slopes of Haleakala.
The rich volcanic soil of this region creates an ideal opportunity for growing a plethora of delights. You’ll experience rich chocolate truffles, sparkling wine, robust goat cheeses, enticing beef, world-famous Hawaiian coffee, and the tranquil bouquet of organic lavender. You’ll even meet a few Maui farmers. Don’t worry; your eyes will be as thrilled with this excursion as your taste buds are! As you travel from farm to farm along scenic drives you’ll take pleasure in expansive farm landscapes- complete with 100 year-old trees, and dotted with grazing cattle and horses.

Getting to Your Activity
The Delectable Maui Food Culture Experience tour departs at 8:00am and returns at 3:30pm. Maui Hotel pick-up; please note, due to hotel driveway restrictions your pick-up location may be at a consolidated location within walking distance of your hotel. Please be prepared for pick up 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time.

- Scheduled bathroom stops along the routes that coincide with scenic lookouts, beaches, and other stops and attractions throughout your tour.
- Travergence suggests that you use sunscreen, wear comfortable loose clothing, a hat and walking shoes such as sneakers. Bring a light jacket.
- Please be aware that cash is the preferred method of payment for purchases at the farms.
