Guided Harrison River Kayak Excursion (3-4 hrs.)

Your self-propelled journey begins on the beach at Harrison Resort, where your friendly guide will go over your trip and basic kayak safety before you set out for the mouth of the gorgeous green-hued Harrison River. As you leisurely paddle and float downriver and take in the stunning scenery, your guide will point out eagles overhead, first nation petroglyphs on the shore, and seals playing in the water, all while providing commentary on this region’s rich history. A few hours later, you arrive at Kilby Provincial Park, where you’ll be picked up and driven back to your starting point. *This tour only operates from May-October. *This tour departs from the beach in front of Harrison Resort and Spa.

Harrison Lake Banana Tube Ride
by Harrison WatersportsSplash your way through a wild ride aboard Harrison Watersport’s inflated banana tube. You’ll be hanging on for dear life as you and as many as nine other passengers are pulled behind one of their zippy speedboats. Work with your group to lean into turns and create giant waves to make your ride even more fun. While this tour is fun for all ages and can be done at slower speeds to accommodate smaller children, it’s best suited for adults looking for a more aggressive ride. Each session lasts 20 minutes. There is a minimum of six passengers and a maximum of 10 per ride. If your party isn’t at least six people, you may ride with another group — and maybe make a few new friends! This tour operates from late April or early May through mid September.

Harrison Lake Sea-Doo Rental
by Harrison WatersportsWhether you’re a speed demon or just want to check out some of Harrison Lake’s hard-to-reach places, hopping aboard a Sea-Doo is a great on-the-water activity. Harrison Watersports’ 130-horsepower GTIs can hit up to 50 miles per hour, so you’re sure to be in for a thrilling ride. This rental is available from late April or early May through mid September. Half hour, full hour or multi-hour increments available. Maximum two passengers.

Harrison Lake Bumper Boat Rentals
by Harrison WatersportsStart a floating water fight with one of Harrison Watersport’s bumper boats. Equipped with electric water guns and powered by a 24-volt electric motor, these small, round boats can accommodate two people and are a great fun with your family, friends or coworkers. This tour operates from late April or early May through mid September.

Harrison Lake Speedboat Rental

Their Malibu Wakesetter VLX watercraft are used as official towboats for many of the world’s biggest wakeboarding championships, so you know you’re getting a high-quality boat for your day of wakeboarding, wakeskiing, wakesurfing, tubing or just cruising on the lake. Harrison Watersports rents Malibu Wakesetter VLX speedboats with 340hp and 350hp EFI-MPI engines. All are equipped with a stereo, hot water shower and heater. This rental is available from late April or early May through mid September. Single and multi-hour rates available. Each boat holds a maximum of 10 passengers.

Take in a view of Mt. Cheam before heading back down the Fraser and Harrison rivers. Expect to catch glimpses of eagles, seals, herons and, if you’re lucky, maybe even a bear. This self-guided package starts at the Harrison Resort dock, where you’ll climb inside your craft and paddle to the mouth of the Harrison River. You’ll have detailed instructions about your kayaking route on hand, so you won’t miss any of the historic sites, first nations petroglyphs or other points of interest as you follow in the footsteps of gold rushers and fur traders, taking in mountain views and wildlife sightings all the while. Stop at a secluded beach for a picnic lunch, then continue on to Kilby Provincial Park, where someone will be waiting to take you back to Harrison Resort. A true BC experience. *This tour operates from May to October. *A minimum of two people is required.
