Watch these beautiful beasts in their natural habitat, with stunning West Coast scenery as your backdrop. Your guide will let you in on some of the secrets of these creatures, as well as tell you about the other animals that make up this Pacific Northwest ecosystem, in order to help foster a deep appreciation for this special, and fragile, place. In addition to orcas, you may also encounter humpback, gray and minke whales as well as seals, sea lions, dolphins and porpoises. This tour requires a minimum of six passengers.

Bear Watching Expedition (6-7 hrs.)

Your day begins when you step aboard one of Eagle Eye Adventures’ covered boats and head up the coast, where a knowledgable naturalist will fill you in on the role and importance of all the animals you encounter, which may include orcas, eagles, seals, whales and more. Then, you’ll arrive at one of three bear stands, where you can sit and watch grizzlies who have come to the area to feast on the fall salmon run. This is a day in BC that you won’t soon forget. This tour only runs in September, during the salmon run. In addition to grizzlies, you may also encounter black bears; orcas; humpback, gray and minke whales; wolves; deer; eagles; seals; sea lions; dolphins and porpoises.
