Let Moon Egypt Travel take you on an eight day, seven night exploration of Cairo, Aswan and Luxor. When you arrive at the Cairo airport, a representative will be on hand to greet you and escort you to your accommodation for the night. Your second day on the tour will be spent visiting the Pyramids and the Sphinx, the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities and the Khan El Khalili Bazaars, home to beautiful antiques, brassware and more. Choose to take a felucca sailing trip down the Nile, or enjoy a light show at the Pyramids. On Day Three, you'll board a flight to Aswan, an ancient city in Southern Egypt that is home to the massive Aswan Dam on the Nile River and the Philae Temple on Lake Nasser. You are free to explore Aswan on your own the following day, or choose from optional trip to the Abu Simbel Temple or a nearby Nubian village. Day Five consists of a drive to Luxor, the site of the ancient Egyptian city of Thebes and countless relics, tombs and statues to explore. After enjoying a guided tour of the area, you'll have a day on your own to wander the city, or go on another optional side excursion to Dandara or up in a hot air balloon over the city. The next day, fly back to Cairo and be treated to a tour of the city and its surroundings, including Sakkara, Memphis (Egypt's ancient capital) and the old part of the city. After spending the night in Cairo, you'll be taken back to the airport for your return home.
