Can I book tours through Travergence?
While Travergence doesn't process payments for activities, we do allow you to get in touch with providers and make a reservation request. Simply click on the "Contact Us" button on any activity page, enter your desired dates, contact info, and any questions you might have about the activity, and the provider will get back to you.
Does filling out the "Contact Us" box with my desired dates confirm my reservation?
No; all that filling out the contact form does is send an email directly to the provider of the activity you're interested in. Once you're in touch with the provider, they will confirm your reservation or answer any questions you might have.
I've sent a request for information, but no one's gotten back to me. Now what?
Travergence monitors our reservation request system, so we can tell if providers have gotten back to potential customers. If you haven't heard back from the activity provider, we'll do our best to try and get them to contact you, but we can't guarantee that they will respond. That being said, if a provider is consistently unresponsive to reservation requests, we remove them from our site.
